Leadership at the top can be isolating. The decisions are yours alone, the stakes are real, and there's rarely anyone you can be completely open and honest with.

That's where I come in. As a one-to-one adviser to chief executives and business owners, I help you cut through the noise, get to the heart of what matters, and lead with renewed clarity. The result is sharper decisions, stronger performance, and a leader who feels more grounded, confident and stronger as they move forwards.

Who I work with.

I work with leaders at the top: chief executives, chairs, managing directors, business owners, and investors.

You're successful, capable, and used to carrying responsibility. You may be looking for a step change, in your own performance, a colleague's, a business you own, or a board you lead. Or you may be facing a specific challenge, professional or personal, and often it's both at once.

That's the work I do. I help leaders find the breakthrough that creates real momentum, the shift that moves things forward in their business and in their life.

How I work with you.

My work is one-to-one. I sit alongside you as your adviser and sounding board, the person you can think out loud with, test your hardest decisions against, and be honest and vulnerable with, knowing the space is safe and held.

We meet in person or over Teams or Zoom, whichever suits the rhythm of your life. Sometimes the work is short and focused, three or four conversations to cut through a specific challenge. More often it's a deeper relationship: a twelve-month engagement, shaped entirely around you and what you're working towards. Either way, the conversations draw on whatever serves you best in the moment, advice, perspective, challenge, and hard-won experience.

This is where I do my finest work, and where I love being most. One leader, one conversation, getting to the heart of what matters and finding the way forward.
