For over thirty years I led organisations through transformation, growth, and crisis, in the UK, North America, and Asia. CEO, chair, board director. I've raised funding, turned businesses around, and made the hard calls under real pressure.

I know what it's like to sit in that chair. The isolation. The weight. The decisions only you can make.

For the last four years I've worked one-to-one with chief executives and business owners, typically leading companies between £5m and £250m, early stage growth to plc, as their adviser, sounding board, and the person they can be completely open and honest with.

What clients value most is two things. The first is how quickly I cut through to the heart of a complex situation. They tell me that's rare. The second is harder to name: somewhere in the conversation they find themselves saying things they've never said to anyone. That's where the real work begins.
