Thirty years as a CEO, chair, and board director means I bring the audience real experience, not theory. I've stood where they stand, and I say the things leaders rarely say out loud.

My core belief is that you cannot connect with others at a level beyond where you are willing to connect with yourself. Most leaders spend their energy on direction and very little on connection, yet it's what separates good leaders from exceptional ones.
