I speak and facilitate for leaders, on the work that sits beneath great leadership: self-awareness, connection, and the courage to lead as your whole self.

Drawing on thirty years as a CEO, chair, and board director, I bring real experience of the room, not theory. I've sat where my audiences sit, and I speak to the things leaders rarely say out loud.

As a Vistage speaker, I run sessions for groups of chief executives across the UK, challenging and stretching some of the country's most capable leaders.

At conferences and leadership events, I speak on themes including imposter syndrome, self-limiting beliefs, the hidden operating system that shapes how we lead, and the connection with self that underpins every other relationship a leader has.

My style is direct, warm, and human. I challenge the room and hold it at the same time. People leave thinking differently, and feeling something shifted.
